Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Brentwood

"Absolutely loved the staff. They were super friendly and helpful! We went the week before Christmas and it was easy to book a room for the weekend. The check in staff was very helpful and even told us about another Drury near the arch and other attractions and how the parking fee worked at that location for us to look into for a future date. The food was excellent for dinner, Friday we had alfredo and in another pan was some chicken you could add to make chicken alfredo and my daughter had some chicken and a hotdog and some chips with cheese. Over the weekend, on the middle island they only served sausage, biscuits, potatoes, eggs, and gravy. On the counters on the wall they had plenty of other options fruit, waffles and maybe pancakes, oatmeal, plenty of different breads for toast, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and a few other goodies. Pool was okay, I understand it's an inside/outside pool so keeping it warm probably isn't easy but my kid and the other kids Absolutely loved it. Hot tub wasn't the hottest but it warmed you up after the pool so it was a win for the parents. Love that there is a bathroom in the pool area to use instead of going back into the hallway and freezing. On check out we learned they had an their own elf. My daughter Absolutely loved it! So next year when we go back to visit family we will keep a better eye for the elf."

"This hotel really exceeded my expectations! As a long-time Drury Inn customer, I’m usually quite impressed with most of the facilities, but this Brentwood location was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are very clean and the staff is outstanding! (And the beds are actually very comfortable) From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was customer service at its best! Keep up the good work, Drury, and kudos to whoever manages the Brentwood location. You’ve hired some amazing people who truly seem to love their job!"

"Service with a huge smile is what I always get at the Drury Brentwood! They know me by name, always come to speak to me, which is nice since I travel alone for work. The new bar and restaurant is wonderful, great buffalo chicken pizza! Oh, and dont forget the $5 desserts from 5:30 to 7 each night. This is not your typical hotel!! So much better!!! Great job to Jack, James, Charlie, Kayla, and Lizzy!!"

"I would 100% recommend staying here. The rooms were newly renovated and very well kept. James checked us in and was incredibly kind. We told him we were passing through on our way to our anniversary trip and after getting to our room, he came up some time later with a bag of treats to celebrate the occasion. It was so above and beyond anything we expected and made our whole night. Breakfast was delicious and the area is great with lots of shops/restaurants close by."

"My booking.com reservation was messed up. Shout out to Margaret at the front desk!! She worked with us for 45 minutes to straighten it out with the booking.com agent. I only started staying at the Drury brand on this particular trip. I wish I had known about them sooner. We stayed at 3 different Drury’s in a week. I give everything an A+ - clean and quiet rooms, comfy beds with great pillows, and last but not least the KICK BACK free dinner and drinks!! There is a special quality I found with the staff at all of the Drury’s - they truly care about the customer. Thank you Drury!! I’ll make sure to reserve here first when I’m traveling next time."
