"We stayed at this hotel while passing through Collinsville. What an absolutely delightful experience! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast and Happy Hour were outstanding. No need to order dinner as there was so much good food. A big shout out to Adeline in the dining area. So warm and friendly. We will definitely choose Drury Inns over other chains going forward."

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Collinsville location. We had a third floor, Deluxe King room, and found our accommodations clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Check-in was seamless and the service was exemplary! Adeline and Linda (in the dining room) went above and beyond. They were so cheerful and kind and we greatly appreciated their attention to detail. Thank you so much, ladies! Also, I'm so sorry I don't recall her name, but the young woman assisting in the wine bar was lovely and helpful. We appreciated her so much. Ashley Avery (General Manager) is wonderful! We loved her cheerful demeanor. We rarely saw her sit down, as she assisted hotel guests, and also worked tirelessly at tidying various areas of the lobby. We enjoyed our brief stay! Great location. Excellent staff!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn! The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. We booked a roomy accessible room for my handicapped mother, and it exceeded expectations. The space was very spacious and easy for her to move around in, which made our trip so much more comfortable. The beds were spotless, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything about the hotel felt welcoming, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone, especially those needing accessible accommodations. We’ll definitely be staying again!"

"This particular Drury inn has set the bar and raised my expectations in hotel experiences. The staff at this Drury inn, Set it apart from any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. In 2025 Customer Service is something that is lacking in the world, But not at the Drury inn. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you’re at home and make your stay incredible! From the housekeepers, to the kitchen staff to the front desk, they score a 10 out of 10 Very clean hotel, Comfortable beds, And outstanding complementary dinner and breakfast! The only thing that could use improvement would be the TV channel selection"
