Duplex Motel

"I really like the employees here tonight. They went out of their way to make sure I got the right price and to make sure my stay was comfortable. What I didn't like is the condition of the room. I mean you do get what you pay for but I've worked hotels housekeeping and inspector. And for me to walk into the bathroom blonde hair everywhere, toilet had a brown ring inside when I lift the seat it was yellow spots everywhere. I mean come on now. Who ever inspected this room and approved of it either don't care or hate their job. How would you feel if you was in my shoes. Front desk employees tonight lovely, caring, nice. But your personality should match your business. That's how you build clientele good reviews and guest will come back. They'll remember the friendly people at the desk and the spantactular room. But when you don't care about your job it shows...through your work/actions."
