"Very nice BnB. Quite private building with small dining area and living room. Beautiful patio and outdoor area. Hosts are very kind and accommodating. My husband was bummed we didn’t have a TV as I had seen one in the photos. If you have time to stay more than one night, trails into state land are outside the gate. Highly recommend. Will add more after our breakfast tomorrow, looking forward to fresh eggs."

"Marnie and Steve are the kindest couple, they were so accommodating and wonderful to chat with. Elden trails was everything I needed in a bed and breakfast, we had so much fun hiking on the trails that you have instant access to from the back gate, and Marnie made us an amazing breakfast full of homemade foods such as the yogurt, seed cake, jams, eggs from their chickens, and more! It was exactly what we needed after eating more convenient foods along our road trip. I sincerely hope I get the chance to stay here again and would recommend Elden trails to my friends and family. It was also a very fair price!"

"We stayed here for 6 days and it was so peaceful and enjoyable. Steve and Marnie are so sweet and wonderful hosts. They make an amazing breakfast every morning and were so accommodating in every way. We had family staying at the camp site near by which there is a trail right behind this property that goes right to the camp site. Everything was clean and it was the perfect place to stay. We have a young daughter and they showed her the chickens on their property. They were so sweet to us! Would definitely recommend!"

"Peaceful stay backed up to the Coconino Forest! Trails right out the back gate... Homegrown herbs and vegetables from the garden... We requested a vegan-friendly breakfast and Marnie kindly accommodated us! They have chickens in the backyard for fresh eggs in the morning, if that sounds good to you! Beautiful space! Hosts are welcoming, and I wish we could have stayed longer to get to know them better! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay. Don’t come expecting modern amenities... it’s very comfortable if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with home grown food and access to a nature oasis right outside your door! There’s a Berkey water filter for purified water inside the guest house along with an electric kettle and a cabinet with teas, coffee, and dishes to use. Heads up: there is no kitchen or kitchen sink in the guest house... there is a mini fridge and a toaster oven to use."

"Stayed here one night on our trip back to Phoenix from Monument Valley. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. The “studio” is located behind the owners home and is completely separate. It has a small dining table, a sitting area, a bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom with shower. Out back is a gate that leads right to some trails around Elden Mountain. The owners Steve and Marnie met us when we strut and showed us around. The next morning Marnie came and served us a complete and delicious breakfast. Everything was homemade and mostly organic. They grow much of their food onsite and even have fresh eggs from chickens. We enjoyed a full breakfast and then did some walking on the trails right out back. We will stay there again when in the Flagstaff area. The eggs, toast, turkey sausage and breakfast potatoes were also included but I don’t get a photo. You won’t leave hungry."
