2 months ago"Our stay started off with Darnell and we couldn't have been happier. He unloaded and delivered our luggage but also guided me out of the unloading area and stopped traffic to get me to self parking. Check in was easy. Enrique and Justin at 511 lounge were fun and friendly even though they were slammed for the evening reception. Super great about kids, food was awesome and very accommodating. The two people on made to order breakfast were soo fast and nice (I forget their names) and the gentleman that was bussing tables/cleaning up during bfast(starts with an R) was a gem. Gym was big enough to do what we needed. Fast elevators which is great for the higher floors. Location to The Bean, Navy Pier etc was incredible. When I needed information and called, Scott was friendly and very helpful. Can't wait to stay here again."
