"We had a fabulous week stay at this hotel. We initially booked an Airbnb for our week long Chicago Christmas but decided last minute to book a hotel with a pool, and in/out privilege parking. Of course, the pool was out of order our entire week almost, it was fixed before we left but the water was so cold we couldn’t enjoy it. Regardless we had fun running around the hotel with our 3 year old, he loved the fountain, and big perk was free breakfast! It was great. Alternated between pancakes and French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, made to order omelets! Honestly big spread, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, something for everyone! They also had 2 free drinks (alcohol or not) we day from 5:30 pm with light snacks) honestly, totally great for families which we saw many of. It felt like home, everyone in their PJs for breakfast - some families took it to their room and others tried to find a table which sometimes wasn’t easy but we always managed to find one. We met the best cleaning lady, she was super sweet and memorable on floor 4. Location wise, amazing, surrounded by many top restaurants, shopping and attractions. Rooms are big and spacious, fun space for families traveling together with kids. We really enjoyed our stay! Also valet team was great also! :)"

"Overall the hotel was wonderful. The location was great as it was a busy area, felt safe, and was close to all the key spots in the Loop. The room was very spacious and clean. Lobby was very bright and you felt like you were on vacation. Breakfast area was very spacious so if you wanted a bit of privacy, you could. Plenty of elevators so didn't need to wait long as is the case in some other hotels. A couple of late night supermarkets very close by in case of a need for a late night snack, etc. The service counter was a bit slow, but it was right before Christmas as well as before a Chicago Blackhawks game so perhaps more chaotic than usual with numbers of guests, etc. Overall, a really good experience! Would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, breakfast was great, we brought in the new year right. No tickets or wrist bands are needed for breakfast, the pool is small, but rooms are spacious and it was an overall welcoming environment. We got a puppy for Christmas and this was our first time visiting a pet friendly hotel and the experience was great! I booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and ai, the othet for the kids. This was a perfect staycation.😍"

"This place definitely made our trip to Chicago worth it! -availability for early check in -complimentary free drinks! -hot breakfast! -clean and spacious rooms! Gave it a 4 because they were teenagers being loud in the lobby and it traveled all the way up because of the layout of the hotel. This was around 2-3am. You'll get it when you get in. Not bad enough where we wouldnt want to stay here again. Parking was also a breeze! Overnight valet is $80 so keep that in mind."

"Customer service was excellent, even though I didn’t get my slippers which they don’t provide the staff was very helpful in answering my questions. Very busy hotel for good reason, the breakfast was well organized and thought out… get there early! Everyone was raving over their selections and quality over the food. Room was mostly clean, although I saw some of the fixtures and bathroom amenities need to be replaced or cleaned more thoroughly. The beds make you feel like you’re sinking into a ‘giant pillow’ in a comfortable relaxing way. The gym was quite small regarding the size of this humongous hotel so there is little to no space. Overall would definitely book again!"
