"We had an amazing stay! This was one of our top hotels. It was very clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was definitely our favorite! My kids were very impressed with all of the options. The only disappointing thing was the pool. For some reason the water was greenish and it smelled like pond. We will be looking at staying with Embassy in the future."

"Hotel Was Wonderful & Staff Was Just As Great. The Only Issue In This Hotel Was The Noise Vibrating From The Elevator Around The 14th Floor. My Room Was Behind The Elevator Shaft On The 16th. Staff Moved Us To A Upgraded Room But I Loved The CORNER ROOM. Its Stylish To My Liking. I Blv The Noise Was Such A Notice Because This Hotel Was Full. So The Elevator Was Constantly Being Used. This Will Be Where I Stay On Every OKC Visit. I Will Just Make Sure I Stay On The "LAKE VIEW SIDE" Away From The Elevators. Thyssenkrupt Need To Be Called Or Whatever Elevator Service Company But Great Hotel."

"Our hotel stay was wonderful. All the employees were really kind and even if all they said was hello or good morning, everyone seemed in a really good mood and just overall really pleasant. There was a lot of positivity versus some other hotels I've stayed at where the employees are very lackluster and you can tell they really just don't want to be there. The overall customer service was amazing. The lobby and the rooms were really nice and clean. There was a little bit of hair left in the bathroom on the walls but not too big of a deal, just a few strands. Very easy to miss. Our bed was fairly comfortable and the pillows were a little flat but not bad. Wonderful views even from the 9th floor. Breakfast was delicious but the lobby area that it was held in, was very crowded in the morning and it was hard to find a space to sit where we weren't getting glared at for sitting so close to someone. But overall the breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices in drinks and quite a few choices in food that is not typical in a free breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful trip."
