The room is clean and offers plenty of space. The allowance of pets is a pleasant addition. The staff has been very inviting and hospitable. My housekeeper Yoelka campos is very friendly and helpful ."

The area is safe and I absolutely loved having all the available food options right outside the door. The best part about my stay has been the customer service at the front desk. There are a couple of individuals that have really gone the extra mile to make every part of my stay a wonderful experience. You know who you are 😉. Such an amazing experience I will be back in a couple days. Thanks again Everhome Suites Team. You have been amazing."

However, they had some things we really didn't like. Like a barn door for bathroom that doesn't lock (no privacy). You can't get extra towels, so if you want more than 4, too bad. And, to get clean towels you have to bring the old ones down to the lobby in a basket (and they were very specific, you have to use the basket!). They apparently checked each towel because there was some makeup on one of them, and we were informed that if it didn't wash out we would be charged $8 per towel. But there are no darker colored towels for makeup as I've seen in some hotels/inns. If you're on a budget, be aware that there's no airport shuttle. So you'll be paying for an Uber. (Roughly $10) And this is a small thing, but while they a have free coffee in the morning, they didn't have milk (just powdered creamer). So we ended up hitting Starbucks. (So budget for that if you are picking hotels based on price). And the pool was closed for some issue. Staff was friendly but policies weren't visitor-friendly. And a bonus for visitors to California: In-and-out Burger is literally across the street!"

The soundproofing also isn't the best, but it was pretty quiet all 6 nights we were here. Other than that, I didn't have any big issues. Kitchenette was fine and stocked with essential cookware. The fridge is pretty big. They provide a very tiny pot and pan by default, which are fine for cooking single-serving meals. Air fryer, slow cooker and blender are available by request, but I didn't ask for any of those so I can't vouch for the quality."
