The beds were comfortable and the sheets looked new. The bathroom was clean with new fixtures. This was clearly the product of a recent down-to-the-studs renovation. It's far enough from the highway to be quiet, and any other sounds were drowned out by the hum of the air conditioner. This is also a great option for those visiting Merus Adventure Park south of Claude."

Price was $80 which is one point would seem high but in today's economy and Rising minimum wages it's a good price from a distance it looks like a hole in the ground because it is an old style Hotel. You can tell it was one that has been refurbished so it doesn't look terrible but still might be sketchy for people who have stayed at hotels because ones that look like this have probably let them down in the past. Was operated that night by a foreign lady but extremely nice. Very directing their answers when you call. You cannot have any pets and they want to know how many people are staying the night. It was just me so I don't know if it's higher for more than one person. Was $80 for one night this is in late December 2024. Was happy when I opened the door because the bed was a really good size and room was very clean. Again it was obviously an old room that has been refurbished and remodeled. Now for the downsides. I was in room 108 and the TV though it would turn on would not change channels or do anything it just had a picture that was frozen. The toilet had a slow leak in the plunger and kept running all night. Was tempted as for a different room because of this. Also the fridge had a little bit of noise to it and would switch on and off as well as a couple other electronic devices that had allowed switch that would go on or off. Periodically almost sound like someone tapping their finger on the wall lastly you are close to the highway so you do hear the road noise constantly. However it was not bad enough to turn me away and I would stay there again"
