"This place was great . The front desk people were great and kind. Our room was spacious and very clean. From the sheets, floor, towels, and bathroom. I look into all these details and they met my expectations. I loved that they had a couch mattress available. Great for families of 4 . If you don’t want to eat outside the suites include a kitchen with enough space , fridge, stove, and sink."

"The place is practically brand new, so that is automatically a plus. First off, I'm one to do lots of research before going to ANY location, whether it's a hotel, restaurant, bar, Mall, etc... But when it came to starting at this place, I just needed something fast and inexpensive. I new the place was fairly new, and the online price was really good, so I went for it. The young lady at the front counter, which I checked in at around midnight. She was very nice and professional, but I didn't get her name. The room was spectacular, not just for the price, but in general. It was like a mini apartment. It had a room with a door that separated it from the living area. The living area had a couch with pull out bed, a peninsula for dining, a full kitchen with stove top, full size fridge, dish washer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster... The ceilings were super high, which made it feel even more ample and spacious. The room and the loving area had separate TV's as well. The only downfall is that the parking is limited, and the area where it sits has some homeless activity late at night. Other than that this place rocks. Pics included."

"Great hotel. Very nice. Really felt homey. Complimenary breakfast everyday was satisfying. Indoor pool was a plus. For many safety reasons. Staff very friendly and super nice. My only issue is the elevator situation. Thru out our whole stay we only rode the elevator 2 or 3 times out of the 11 days we stayed. And that’s because the elevator was down. It can be a hassle going up and down the stairs especially if you have things to take up to your room. Checking out was a hustle because we had to haul all our luggage’s down flight of stairs. We were in the 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and the kitchen was not equipped with any utensils, pots, cups etc. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay."

"Overall our experience was nice and customer service was great from the front desk and housekeeping. The only downside was that my toilet seat in my room was broken but this happened later in our stay and I don't think the heater worked. Everything else was fine and customer service was great."

"It was a beautiful hotel, very nice comfortable rooms. I highly recommend that the hotel adds more cooking utensils such as a pot or a pan in the room, maybe a spatula. The reason I gave it four stars was because the maids never came to check on us, not once. I requested many times for a broom to be sent up to the room which never happened. I always had to go downstairs to get the towels, linens, toilet paper, etc. I requested dish soap, but I had to go buy my own because they said the box they ordered of dish soap got lost in transit. I vacuumed the room myself, luckily I found the vacuum outside of the employee only room. I vacuumed it and then returned it since nobody came to help clean the room or ask if we needed anything after staying there for 6 days. Another thing is the elevator does not seem safe because it shakes very bad as if it’s having trouble. I love how the pool is indoor. The only thing I could say about that is it smelt very strongly of bleach. Also, the breakfast was not really good. I was hoping that there was gonna be a waffle maker and sausage, but it was just an omelette and soggy bacon every morning with some danishes and yogurt. I was disappointed about the breakfast because I had high hopes for this hotel since it was one of the nicest looking ones that I stayed at in the High Desert. They have their own laundromat but they do not have a quarter machine so make sure to bring your own. This hotel can easily be one of the nicest hotels up here in the High Desert if they fix these things and if management really gets on the staff about checking on the rooms and accommodating guests needs."
