4 months ago"The guest service is a little rough with some very mundane policies and just, coming from a someone with a hospitality background, plain old "bad for business" policies that seriously make absolutely no sense. Like, how they want you to pay a new security deposit every night regardless of how many nights are paid in advance. Yes, they do refund your first security deposit only to just recharge you for the exact same amount. Seems very illogical seeing how they're paying merchant fees on every transaction and they're not profiting from everytime they process that transaction. If you pay sith cash you have to have your receipt or thru will not refund you. They do at least clearly communicate both if these details beforehand. Which is a big positive for such z restrictive policy. Other than the rear door and the annoying alarm thst goes off if thr door id open.for more than 20 seconds if that, the rooms are in great shape, the property is well maintained and they have nice televisions for your viewing pleasure. Price is kick ass👍🏽👍🏽"
