From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made the entire stay feel easy and welcoming. 3 months ago"Isa, lonnie, and the whole customer service team down here by the desk not to mention chris the maintenance guy have been absolutely wonderful and fabulous to me and my puppy as we have continued to stay here. They're attention to my needs and the compassion that they provide for me is exactly what I wanted out of this experience. You guys are wonderful so keep it up and if I ever need a hotel again or someone I know is looking i would highly recommend them here in westmont oakbrook extended stay. Thank you very much"
