Shane and management do the best they can with the crew they got. The women that do housekeeping keep the floors nice and clean throughout the week. Nothing in life will ever be perfect. But they always do their best and work with others when times get tough. And that’s all I can ask for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I’m from Las Vegas one of the most popular places in the world. I have had better customer service at this hotel than I have ever received in Vegas. The staff is very pleasant and polite and personable. Any issues I’ve ever had they fixed immediately. The only issue I had was a light it was going out and I needed it replaced that was done. Same day within the hour. I think the stuff from the cleaning crew to the front desk to the maintenance guy Mark have something truly special and could teach Vegas a thing or two. Thank you for the stay. We’ve been here from my husband to me for four months waiting for our house to be built.."
