Basic supplies like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and tissues are provided. This location is better than some of its other branches, though still limited. The grab-and-go breakfast is mostly 3-4 high-sugar items with coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Think of it more as rental-style accommodation than a hotel. Supplies often run out and the vending machines frequently stop working. Still, I recommended it because the team is helpful, supportive and tries their best to assist guests."

I've been lucky to have such an amazing experience the several years I've been here. Only negatives are mostly recent. 1) Some people let doors slam all hours of day and night 2) People with trucks sometimes back the bed of truck over the sidewalk far enough it makes maneuvering a little bit harder. 3) A woman staying here with a very large dog takes them outside with no leash and NEVER cleans up after them, it's extremely disgusting 😑."

The location is excellent — conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and major highways, making it easy to get anywhere in the area. The staff here truly make the difference. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Burr Ridge area!"

Nice shower with good water pressure and hot water. AC worked fine. No bugs. We arrived where the reception clerk immediately said the room would be no charge because some earlier reported a smell. No paper receipt because both printers were busted. Got to the elevator to find people trapped awaiting the fire department. Well no real smells but very musty. Bathroom sink totally disconnected. Strainer missing in kitchen te sink so drain looked gross. I suspect there was a big overflow that soaked the carpet. Wouldn’t recommend. There are nearby 3-star hotels with similar prices"

The staff are courteous and friendly, the room didn't look bad at all, probably because it's a Suite versus a standard room but even then, it should still be up to par. I did feel off about the location because it's in the cut, off the highway and nothing is within walking distance. To sojourn at this hotel you would need a car to come and go. It's best to bring most of your own cooking and cleaning supplies, so it will make your stay less stressful. The hotel does have some cooking supplies but some ppl tend to take them when they leave. ALL of the rooms are non-smoking so the aroma of cigarettes is one less thing to worry about. And this hotel prohibits partying in the rooms, if caught you gotta go the same night and you would still be charged. If you're the type to come and go, this would be it for you. I don't recommend anything to anyone, you can take this review with a grain of salt but make wise choices. Have a Blessed Day, Afternoon, and Evening."
