"Subject: Recognition for Adriana – Extended Stay To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Adriana for the exceptional customer service she provides. During my stay, her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. Adriana consistently goes above and beyond, making sure guests feel comfortable and welcome. She brings a sense of warmth and ease that makes a real difference — the type of energy that turns an ordinary stay into one that feels cared for. I can honestly say my stay wouldn’t be the same without Adriana’s presence at the front desk. She’s the reason the atmosphere feels inviting, and she represents your brand in the best possible way. Staff like Adriana are rare, and I truly hope her hard work is recognized. Sincerely, Judi Reyes"

"My stay for the three weeks at the corporate ESA was pleasant. The staff working there were amazing and accommodating. I really appreciated Sam, Lilliana, Jackie, and Jose for being very supportive and professional throughout my 21 days. The Wi-Fi worked really well and occasionally would go out but reconnect easily. I like how they offer kitchen amenities to cook your own meals. I appreciate having a desk and a separate table to eat my meals. I didn’t turn on the TV once so I don’t know what was good or what channels they had. I only used the Wi-Fi services throughout my whole stay. However, I do have some critiques for improvements. Overall, I was satisfied with my room, but the carpeted floor was not appealing to me as I had to wear socks or my slippers throughout the whole time. I usually do yoga and did not feel comfortable to roll it out and use it, knowing that many pets and stains have been stuck there. Also being Asian, traditionally we take off our shoes and don’t step all over the room with them due to outside dirt that you track in and don’t know where you stepped in. Secondly, the room was a bit darker than I typically wanted. Especially because my room had a big tree blocking the sunlight from coming in, so it was pretty dark and dim like a cocoon. But I was there to rest and not wake up so early, which was fine. There was enough lightning to see around the room, but I had to turn on several lights to get brightness, but the kitchen/dining area was perfectly lit. And I did not utilize the housekeeping services at all, to come in my room throughout my 21-stay and I did not ask for them to change my bedsheets. I’m usually a very clean person and even if I come into a new hotel, I re-clean what is “cleaned.” The housekeeping came once knocking on my door during the second week of my stay, but I refused services and only asked for a floor mat towel. I did not participate/eat the breakfast because I prefer fresh options, which I understand is not provided between the 630 to 9 AM timeframe. Also, I did not wake up early in time to grab anything nor do I drink coffee or eat packaged meals on the go. I was able to get fresh towels whenever I brought them down to the front desk and they were ready to be received when I came back in the evening. My main complaint is regarding the parking lot cleanliness. Upon arrival, there was dog feces at the back entrance, and I saw someone had stepped on it as it tracked foot steps with them. Also random people would go outside to smoke cigarettes or even marijuana, which I found quite annoying as I’m very sensitive to smells. And one time, I happen to look outside from my window, and down below I saw this man and woman sitting at a parking spot edge, and he looked like he was smoking some “shady stuff.” I don’t know what it was, but he was looking around suspiciously to see if someone saw him. I didn’t bother uploading that video on this review. And the parking lot had a lot of trash left by other hotel tenants staying there, as they don’t know how to throw away their trash or be even be mindful of the parking lot space. I’m quite surprised that this is a corporate location being that it was noisy due to the freeway traffic that I can hear. I had to wear earplugs to silence the noise. I’m very sensitive to energy and unfortunately, that was the only reason why I didn’t give five stars. Lastly, because of the new corporate policy implemented in March, I could not stay longer than three weeks and was told that I have to check out for 48 hours and then re-check in again, which I believe is such a hassle. I have to say for what I paid for, I can’t complain rather give suggestions for upgrades so other future clients can have positive experiences to share. I do appreciate my 21 stay at ESA. Out of all things, the staff were THE BEST. Thank you so much for being professional and maintaining all that you have and can work with. If corporate can spend a little bit more money to have more solid soundproof windows, then I would come back again in a heartbeat. Much appreciated!"
