2 months ago"FairBridge Inn & Suites Amarillo West / Medical Center. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with genuine kindness. The front desk greeted me with a welcome bag filled with goodies, but what truly stood out to me was the warm handwritten welcome and best wishes card. In today’s world, that personal touch means so much and immediately made me feel appreciated and at home. The next day, I went downstairs simply wanting to thank them for their hospitality, and that’s when I met Janell at the front desk. To this day, I still don’t know how she remembered exactly who I was, but her customer service was absolutely textbook perfect. Every single day of my stay, her demeanor, professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests were truly second to none. She consistently went above and beyond and represented what hospitality should look like. I want to sincerely thank the entire staff and Marriott for making my stay such a memorable one. Experiences like this are rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Thank you all again for your incredible hospitality."

2 months ago"Very clean place to stay!!! Checked in on May 24 around 8pm. Desk clerk was very personable, very friendly. Treated us like she had known us our whole life. Gave great suggestions for places to eat. Rooms were nice and clean with a/c already on. Highly recommend"

3 months ago"We stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean on arrival, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Our disappointment was that the hot tub did not circulate well. The temperature was 104, but jets terrible. We left our room the first morning at 7am to return at 2pm and our room still had not been cleaned. We decided to forgo cleaning because we wanted to relax after hiking all morning. Plus everytime we saw a cleaning person they had their phone pressed to their ear. Floors were being mopped in front of elevator with more attention to her phone call, then people walking. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

6 months ago"I only stayed one night, but it was a good one. Check-in staff was kind and quick. Room feels pretty modern and was clean as far as I could tell. On the 2nd floor, hot shower with plenty of pressure (I'm surprised how many hotels fail this). Breakfast was pretty typical of the chain, but well stocked including a container of cut up fruit, and biscuits and gravy. A pleasant stay all around."
