3 months ago"Had a bad experience at another hotel across the road checked out and came to the Fairfield at 10 Am to get a room. A very kind lady at the front desk helped me she could see I was very upset her name was Zaria. She was able to book me a room that I could have immediately. Not only did she do that for me she upgraded me as well. The understanding and kindness of this person really made my weekend. The hotel was clean and the beds were great. I booked another weekend with them as my daughter and her family moved there so I will be visiting quite often. The world needs more people like Zaria!!"

3 months ago"10++ Stars from Some Tough Little Critics! I took our grandsons on a little Veterans Day family visit and overnight getaway — and it couldn’t have been better! All of our family lives in Bloomington, so this was the perfect place to stay and visit everyone. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and everything was perfect! The kiddos insisted I share their ratings: • The check-in lady: 10 stars! • The pool: 10 stars! • The room: 10 stars! • The breakfast: 10++ stars!
