in the last week"I had an early morning flight, so I stayed here. It was everything I would expect at a Marriott: clean rooms, comfortable bed & friendly service. I didn't park here, but overnight parking costs $30. They have an airport shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour. Got a super friendly and helpful driver!"

a month ago"The location is great. We came to Chicago to attend my mother-in-laws funeral. All was going great until 12/29/25. At 8:45pm I started running the water to take a shower, no hot water. Finally my husband went downstairs (after calling the front desk with no reply), he was told “ there are a lot of people taking a shower so wait 30 minutes and try running the water again.” Well it is now 9:45pm and there is still no hot water. We have been cleaning my mother-in-laws apartment all day, I am tired! This is Chicago for Gods sake, how is it that there’s an issue with HOT WATER!!!!"
