"We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. We were on a multi-generation trip and used Flagstaff as our base to explore the area. The hotel served as the perfect location for our trip. The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze even with multiple rooms booked. The hotel was packed, but the staff did an amazing job keeping everything clean and flowing smoothly. Especially at the breakfast, where the seating was always full, but never a mess. Special shout out to the manager Jackson, who was extra helpful and friendly towards all our needs. Thank You for making our stay wonderful during the holiday season, and ensuring our large multi-generation family had a great time!!"

"The location was excellent just half mile from I40. However, the sign for the drive was very small and we missed it the first time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was standard size with thermostat to control heat and cooling. The bath area was nice, no tub just a walk-in shower which was just fine. Vanity lighting in bath not very bright, not good for shaving. Lavatory faucet aerator needs to be replaced as it sprayed water all over. The bed was very soft, too soft for my comfort. The free breakfast was good with a lot of variety. This was a pleasant stay and we would stay there again."

"Loved the EV charging here, great breakfast. They said breakfast started at 6:30am (Friday) but food was out and people already served after 6am. I'm glad my husband and I went early as I was at the gym. A bus of Chinese tourists (20 people?) overwhelmed the dining area and were clearly not familiar with using waffle irons and toasters. (Lady tried to stuff her bread ontop of my bagel already inside the toaster)."
