Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

"I missed the opportunity to respond to the survey I received by email and wasn't able to post my compliments to Marriott's website directly for some reason, so here's what I tried to submit on behalf of three employees that really deserved a shout out: "I needed to reach out and let you know what a wonderful experience it was dealing with Rahad at the Front Desk on Sunday and Monday of our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrated an admirable work ethic, and had a lovely attitude. I also wanted to mention Linda in the dining room. We had met her on a previous stay; she is consistently conscientious and hardworking, willing to help, and kind in every way. Charles, of course, was a pleasure to deal with at check-in. Three winners and great assets to your property!" Aside from this, our room was very clean and comfortable. Although we did not require housekeeping services during our stay, the staff were kind and courteous, and offered assistance if we needed it. Breakfast is not "made to order" but it's not advertised as such; there is something for everyone, even if that means fruit, bagels, oatmeal, and coffee if you're not up for the hot offerings that day. Hot coffee is available all day - a must for me - but you may have to grab some extra half-and-half in the morning if you prefer that to flavored creamers and will be staying in for the day. Uber Eats will deliver to the Front Desk, which is very convenient, and you are free to eat in the dining room if you would like (always be kind and clean up after yourself, though). And be sure to bring or request any utensils, etc. you may need from the restaurant as there are none available at the hotel once breakfast is over - the area is completely cleared out and everything put away - except the coffee! We stay here at least twice a year, and will continue to do so."

"The people are magnificent. The location is excellent. Can please explain to me why your app. takes two senior citizens and puts them on the third floor at the end of the hall. The last flipping room as far away from the elevator as possible. Marriott you failed me. As a rewards customer I would think you would take better care of us. Been staying in your facilities for about 14 days and this is not the first time. Midland Texas is the only site that put is on the first floor. I will look else where in the future."

"Nice location. Friendly staff. Appears to be a fairly new property. The beds were very comfortable. Fitness center is limited- just some free weights and cardio equipment. Breakfast was decent- there was hot options like eggs and oatmeal, various pastries, yogurt and milk, and apples and bananas. Coffee was good. The woman running the breakfast area did a good job refilling everything and keeping it clean."

"My husband and I stayed booked 6 days here to attend my grandfathers memorial. Between traveling back and forth to Long Beach and Palm Springs, the hotel was in the perfect location in between. 1) the location was PERFECT! We were surrounded by really good restaurants, 2 malls, a couple of shopping plazas and near the main highways. 2) the service great. All the staff was greetable, kind, all the way from the front desk clerks, kitchen staff, house keeping etc. 3) the comfort of pur king size bed was what I appreciated the most and the hot water! You know we woman love a hot shower. Anywho, I would most definitely revisit my stay here in the future, thank you."
