a month ago"This team is fantastic!!!!! Customer service is top notch and the hotel itself is very nice, modern and clean. I accidentally left behind an electronic device after my stay and the team kept it safe for me for a month until I could make my way back through Springfield to pick it up. They even offered to ship it to me if that would have been more convenient for me. Great property, even better team. Thanks for going above and beyond!"
