3 months ago"We loved eveey single thing about this hotel. The customer service was top notch. The employees were attentive and friendly. The rooms were great! The breakfast was great as well. Location was everything as this trip we attended a concert at the BOK center and walked to the event. Food establishments within walking distance. The hotel has secured entrances so people are not wondering around inside that are not guest."

3 months ago"Great service, clean rooms, good location. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast etc. quick and easy options to get me on my way. Parking was easy. Plenty of spots, and covered."

a month ago"Update: “After posting my review, management contacted me and worked to resolve the issue.” Management heard me and reached out! A heartfelt apology and I was on the 3rd floor and the room desperately needs updating. Carpet was dirty, sheets were so wrinkled not sure how long they had been bunched up before used. The door knob area on the closet was so gross we used alcohol to clean. The curtains had a smell to them. Just creepy old, unclean filthy on the floor. It was sold out and we tried to make the best of it since we were there as a group for a homecoming celebration for my dad. I just don't think I would ever stay here again. Thurs night we paid $259 and definitely not worth that."
