"This place worked out great. Front desk staff were helpful and the condo was perfect for our group. I really enjoy how close it is to downtown and to the National Forest. The hot tub and pool were perfect after a full ski day."

"Wonderful place to stay when visiting Santa Fe. Each of the condominiums are nicely decorated and have everything you need to have a wonderful stay, including a full kitchen. It is like a home away from home. The location is wonderful, walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and downtown area and very convenient location for many other places in town and outside. Wonderful views of the area too given its higher location. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Fort Marcy Suites and would return again. Our extended family was able to rent in the same compound which made vacationing together easy. Our unit was neat and comfortable, and although we did not have time to use the pool and spa, it looked well maintained. The staff was most helpful and polite."

"The location and view are great. The condo was clean and well decorated. Kitchen had a lot of supplies for meal preparation and hosting, but minimal spices and staples. Beautiful stained glass, wood beams, and tile, cozy space. The kiva fireplace wasn't used by us, but a nice addition to the room. Mostly quiet neighborhood. The biggest downsides were the bed (very uncomfortable and actually caused us a great deal of back pain, would suggest replacing mattress) and the shower (water was warmish at best yet turned on all the way hot, perhaps a new water heater is needed?). The freezer compartment on the fridge was broken which caused the fridge to run a lot, recommend fixing that too. We had reserved a different unit and it was changed at the last minute before our arrival. This caused a confusing and somewhat embarrassing check in and required working with the office to learn of the new unit assignment. I would have liked better communication in advance if they were changing the unit, preferably a text or phone call, and not an email the day of while we were en route with the "check in instructions for unit Y" after sending many messages with "check in instructions for unit X" including the day before we arrived. The check out instructions were confusing as well, two different instructions over email and text, wasn't sure which ones were accurate."

"Good, clean accommodations, not too far from downtown. Too far to walk, but its a quick drive. The property is fine. Nothing fancy, but ample parking. We didnt have time to use the pool or hot tub, so I cant speak to that except that the hours they are open aren't really convenient. By the time you finish your shopping and eating for the day, they've closed. There is a skylight in the master bedroom that lets in way too much light too early in the morning, but other than that the place is nice."
