The staff and housekeeping were truly amazing — friendly, professional, and always on top of everything. The place was spotless and well cared for, which made the stay so comfortable. What really makes this place stand out is the cool, creative room designs. Each room has its own vibe and character — stylish, modern, and fun without sacrificing comfort. You can tell a lot of intention went into the design and details. The entire experience felt personal and well-managed, not cookie-cutter at all. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Fourth First Place to anyone looking for a unique, clean, and great-energy place to stay in LA."

"I had a really great stay at 41st Pl Hostel, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations in a lot of ways. From the moment I arrived, the place felt welcoming, comfortable, and well taken care of. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the cleanliness. The hostel is consistently clean, organized, and smells fresh, which is something that really matters when you’re staying in a shared space. A huge shout-out goes to Asia, the cleaning lady. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and clearly takes pride in her work. She cleans very well and pays attention to details that a lot of places overlook. You can tell she genuinely cares about keeping the hostel spotless and comfortable for guests, and her positive attitude makes the environment even better. Seeing how well the place is maintained definitely made my stay more enjoyable and stress-free. What makes this place awesome is the overall vibe. It feels safe, relaxed, and well-managed. The common areas are comfortable, the rooms are practical and cozy, and everything you need is easily accessible. It’s the kind of place where you can actually unwind after a long day of exploring or working. Whether you’re traveling solo, staying short-term, or planning a longer stay, this hostel makes it easy to feel at home. Another reason you’d want to stay here is the location. Being on 41st Place makes it convenient to get around, with transportation, food, and attractions nearby. "I only stayed for one night, but I had a really nice experience. No issues with my neighbors and a comfortable room. My only complaint would be that the rooms would benefit from a white noise machine to muffle the sounds from outside or fill in the silence. Not the safest area to walk around at night so I'd suggest getting a ride share if you're going out late."
