2 months ago"From the minute we arrived our experience was exceptional. We came out for our kids soccer tournament, if you know how that goes, it was hectic from the minute we left home. Thankfully, Kevin, the gentleman at the front desk, took care of us from the start. Went above and beyond my expectations to make sure our experience was good. 8 months ago"Stayed at the four points in Rancho for two nights over Memorial Day weekend and had the best stay. Room was very comfortable especially for how humid and hot it is getting as well as how close it was to the mall and our favorite restaurant the old spaghetti factory. But what really made our stay spectacular was the hardest working and most patient person I ever seen. Anthony was working most of the time by himself but was very understanding and professional and had a great attitude. He truly helped make our stay one to remember for his hospitality and patience. We hope to see him again soon!"
