a month ago"We stay at the Four Seasons every year over Christmas, and it’s become our favorite family tradition! Our 4- and 5-year-olds absolutely love it. The staff truly spoil the kids and the hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The renovated pool is perfect for little ones and is gorgeous. Mason at the front desk checked us in last year and this year again. He is always wonderful and such an asset to the team! The bellmen, in-room dining staff, and concierge are all exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is also amazing too! We had the best stay and can’t wait to come back next year. Our dog even loves his stays too - so dog-friendly. Highly recommend!"

a month ago"Incredible stay at this property for NYE! My family and I were overwhelmed with the friendly personal service we received starting with valet and bellmen to the concierge. I was especially grateful and impressed when they were able to pull strings and get our dinner reservations moved so that we were able to attend the Bulls game the same night! I did enjoy this spa services and love the spa atmosphere. The massage with great and personalized. The hot tub and pool and even the gym were all above expectations. We will definitely be back"

3 months ago"We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons! The room was beautiful, with all the amenities you could want. But the highlight of the stay was the staff. Everyone from the doormen to the front desk to the cleaning staff was friendly and welcoming. They were also extremely accommodating allowing us a late checkout when our flight got delayed. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Chicago"
