a month ago"This was a great spot for a quick trip. The building is beautiful, with a really cool lobby and shared spaces. It’s also within walking distance of a lot. The best part was the service. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, although Liz was a standout. At checkout time there were a lot of people demanding her attention and she handled everyone with patience and kindness. The rooms are definitely tight, so may not be the best for people with a lot of luggage. Make sure to checkout rooftop lounge & pool."

a month ago"A great place for exploring downtown Los Angeles, a plenty of cafes nearby, Whole Foods, and fairly affordable parking options. The rooms are quite clean, nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. The city views are impressive both during the day and at night. The only downside I have to mention is the lack of drinking water, both in the room and at the front desk."

The room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. On top of that, the location is ideal for exploring DTLA. And all at a great price. Highly recommended."
