4 months ago"Coming from Canada nervous because its my first time coming alone, came for a women's in trade conference and went to check in. Tried 2 times for my card to tell me I was having problems didn't want to try the 3rd time or else my card locks. Ada from front desk was amazing, helped me through everything and I was able to get into my card again and pay for my room. She made everything so stress free. Then we have daymion from breakfast, so kind and greeted everyone with a smile. Spoke so softly he just made your morning extra special. Thanks again to these 2 amazing people, you made my stay alot better and stress free"
