"Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. We got in early so we’re just going to check bags but the front desk found a room for us. (Thank you, Diante!) Breakfast was nice and again, people friendly. Beautiful lobby, where breakfast is free from 6-10am. Very clean and up to date. My four stars on the room is the air conditioner makes a noise but I was too tired to move. I’m sure they would’ve fixed it or moved my room. Great experience!"

"We stayed for two nights with a group of friends. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience as the location was walkable to restaurants, transportation, and entertainment. However, it appears to be severely understaffed. One person on duty at the desk, responsible for all check-in’s checkouts, cleaning, stocking the bar and serving. He was excellent and very accommodating, but clearly the hotel needs to provide more staff for their guests. We ordered a drink at the bar and there were no glasses available. There were no glasses in the bedroom either, only paper cups. The bar was poorly stocked, the beers and wine were at room temperature. These issues fall squarely on the shoulders of the owners."

"The front desk staffer "V" was amazing. She was always very kind and patient and always present. I very much appreciated her. My only complaints about the room was the noise of the dumpsters being moved every single night between 12am and 2am in the alley right outside our window. It kept us up for quite a while. I also didn't like that when the sofa bed was pulled out, there was only about 4 inches to maneuver past the end of the bed to get to the bathroom."
