The hotel is part of a shared building with Hilton and Home2Suites and connects to the convention center via an enclosed skybridge with 24 hour card access. It is a bit of a walk, about 15 to 20 minutes total to the main halls, but if you do not have mobility issues, it is very doable and weather proof. Free breakfast was excellent. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, chicken sausage, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, and snacks. It does get crowded around 9 am, so go earlier or plan to take food back to your room during peak times. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in and check out were smooth, luggage storage was easy, and they even accommodated a late checkout, which I really appreciated as a vendor with lots of bags. The area itself is more industrial and quiet, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants, and public transit from the convention center makes it easy to get downtown. One downside is finding your way back from the convention center. There is very little signage pointing to the Hilton, Hampton, and Home2Suites building, which made getting back very confusing the first time. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if McCormick Place is your main reason for staying. Great value, solid service, and very convenient for conferences."

It was so nice to use their bridge so we didn't have to venture out in the frigid temperatures 🥶 Highly recommend! Parking was the only hangup we had throughout our stay, but our group opted for the valet to make things a little easier. Breakfast was incredible, and the rooms were VERY clean. Will definitely stay again!"

The lobby is especially welcoming, with comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace that creates a relaxing atmosphere after a long day out. The breakfast area and pool are located on the second floor, and the space is quite spacious and surprisingly quiet once the breakfast rush is over. Our room was clean, well maintained, and generously sized, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a pleasant, calm hotel with thoughtful common areas and a great location."

They were helpful and went above and beyond. The view was great. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was awesome. Highly recommend."

Front desk staff were friendly. Security is typically around and necessary with an issue I witnessed with a transient not wanting to leave. Room was prepared for my arrival and no issues. The bed was comfortable and I rested well. I also utilized their laundry/dry-cleaning option that worked well at concierge desk. The cost was not bad. I would return due to the convenience alone. The property is well managed which makes me happy to be a proud Diamond member of Hilton."
