4 months ago"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Chicago West Loop! There was a gentleman who worked in the parking garage who was truly one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to help us get parked, explained everything clearly, and treated us with so much kindness. His genuine warmth made our stay that much better. We even stopped to say goodbye before we left — if this reaches him, thank you for your kindness and hard work, it does NOT go unnoticed. The front desk and housekeeping teams were also amazing. We needed extra body wash, and someone brought it up right away. They even let us check in an hour early without any issue, which was such a huge help since we had bags with us. Breakfast was excellent — the staff there were working so hard to keep everything stocked and clean, and it really showed. Please make sure they know how appreciated they are! 🥹 We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again. 💙"

They kept everything stocked, fresh, and made sure guests started the day on a positive note. A special shout-out to the incredible man who worked the parking garage. He seemed to be there around the clock, always smiling, always helpful, and going above and beyond to make parking easy and stress-free. His work ethic and positive attitude truly stood out and made a lasting impression. You can tell this hotel cares about its guests. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Chicago!"

3 weeks ago"Central to the west loop, 5 minute uber ride from anywhere you want to go. Clean, quiet, breakfast was good. Newer building looked nice. Separate key access elevator for guests separate from main access elevators"

4 months ago"ABSOLUTELY incredible! Everything is walkable! The desk was incredible. I wish i knew the guy's name there on Thursday & Friday. The text said Johnny but not sure thats his name. He made our stay incredible! Our room had an incredible view! Our room was so clean! The morning breakfast was so good! The blueberry scones & sausage was my favorite. Everything was so clean. Im staying here again. Incredible!"
