"I can’t recommend the Hampton Inn Majestic enough. It is easily one of the best-run hotels in Chicago. The breakfast is a major highlight—everything was fresh. Unlike many city hotels that struggle with the morning rush, the staff here kept every item perfectly stocked and the entire dining area spotlessly clean. It made for a seamless, stress-free start to every day. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service with a smile and Good Morning! I'm not normally a morning person until coffee is in hand, but Miss Kay is awesome, sets the tone, and brightens the entire area with positivity. I will be back again and hope the same staff is here!"

"Our room was very clean and spacious. Location is great (right next to the Palmer House, so it’s easy to walk over there and enjoy the bar and Christmas decorations). Valet was easy and not much more expensive than nearby ramps ($65/night). Staff were helpful and attentive. We picked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest options in the location ($120/night for a 2 queen room) but were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was! Will definitely return and would recommend if you’re looking to stay downtown."

"Stayed at this hotel right in the heart of The Loop, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything was within easy walking distance or a quick ride away. What really stood out was the manager; incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was spacious, with a noticeably high ceiling that gave it an open, airy feel—much more generous than most hotels in the area. The complimentary breakfast was solid, on par with what you’d expect from similar properties nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service in downtown Chicago!"

"Great location to be able to walk to most anywhere...eating, shopping, etc. One flaw would be only having 3 elevators, 2 which only held roughly 6 people comfortably, and the 3rd was bigger but didn't work most of our trip. With 18+floors, it took some time to navigate floors. Robyn at check-in was fantastic, and valet was very friendly and helpful. The morning Breakfast was ok, a bit crowded for the area, but having coffee 24/7 was 5 🌟 in our book. We would definitely consider staying here in the future."

"Thr check in time isn't until 4 so if you arrive before then you will likely have to wait. Otherwise, things went well. The rooms are good size. I believe this hotel used to be an office building several years ago before converted. Location is central Loop in the Theater District. Beds are comfortable. All in all, I would recommend it."
