a week ago"We were here for a volleyball tournament and usually I don't really care to stay at a Hampton Inn but I'm happy we did! The rooms were big and spacious, the lobby was comfortable and even their breakfast area was convenient to have team dinners. The customer service was a 10/10. Especially Sabrina! She worked in the breakfast area and she was just so kind! It made a great start to my day. Thank you Hampton for having people like her on your team."

3 months ago"i had the absolute best time when I stayed at this hotel over the weekend! The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, everything was clean and we were able to get a parking spot right outside the hotel our whole stay. However, the absolute best part of my stay was the front desk associates!! they were not only professional but so personable as well. we shared many laughs together and they went above and beyond for me and my friend this weekend. after leaving, I realized i left my toiletry bag in my room with all my skin care and jewelry and was immediately sick. I called the hotel and they assured me they would have it shipped out to me the next day. I assumed I would be paying a fee for the shipping, which would’ve been fine, but come to find out, not only did they cover the fee, they also did expedited shipping so I was able to get my bag within 2 days. just beyond incredible service and if i’m ever in stl again, i will always choose to stay here!!"

in the last week"We stayed here for a volleyball tournament for 3-days. The entire staff (from the front desk, custodial, maintenance) were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and extremely polite. I highly recommend staying here if you appreciate great hospitality."

The location, the view of the famous St. Louis Arch from my room, the helpful staff who pointed me and my family in the right direction when looking for things to do in the area. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff down there did a wonderful job keeping the busy area clean and well stocked. Security was onsite and visible. Everyone was just so nice and helpful. I legit have zero complaints. Thank you!"
