Hampton Inn & Suites Amarillo West

"I have stayed at many different Hampton Inn locations over the years, and I can confidently say this was my best experience so far. The hotel appears to be either brand new or recently renovated. The rooms were very spacious, and even the hallways felt larger and more comfortable than usual. However, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service from every employee we interacted with. Bre checked us in and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Also, the lady working in the breakfast area on Monday, June 15, treated us with exceptional kindness and care. I have never experienced such genuine hospitality and attentiveness from hotel staff before. The entire team made us feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."

"One night stay with the hubs and 2 dogs. This is a very nice Hampton Inn right off the interstate with super friendly staff, easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms, yummy coffee and breakfast, and grass areas for the dogs. They do NOT have large vehicle parking on-site. Plenty of clean and soft towels, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Highlight is the staff - everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and friendly."

"My kids and I stayed end of June & loved the hotel. The kids had fun in the indoor swimming pool which was heated. Tasha was so friendly and had the warmest welcome. Overall the whole staff and breakfast lady's were all kind. We definitely we be back."

"Great location and quiet...no outside noise. R The room was large, bed very comfortable, and very clean. Naomi, who was working the front desk, was amazing. We booked through booking.com and they never processed our reservation, so it couldn't be found at the hotel. Naomi was able to get a room for us, which was an upgrade from what booking.com would have reserved, and at a lower price. She did everything possible to make our stay more than we expected! The staff in the morning, Jess and her teammate, were equally as amazing."

"I booked a last minute stay with the Hampton Inn Suites already past check in time and arrived very late (1 am). I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to stay or that the hotel might not have staff overnight so I contacted them through the chat feature on the Hilton app. Naomi quickly responded and answered all of my questions and gave me a peace of mind. She was able to check me in and have my keys waiting for me upon my arrival and allowed for the easiest check in experience I have ever had at any hotel. She even allowed us to check out late, considering we arrived very late for our stay. As for the hotel itself, it is state of the art, very modern, very clean, I highly recommend you stay here if you find yourself in Amarillo!"
