"We had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, the room and breakfast area were well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. While we did experience a parking-related issue, the hotel team and property manager were incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely apologetic. They followed up promptly, took ownership of the situation, and worked directly with Hilton Honors to make things right. Their attentiveness and commitment to improving the guest experience really stood out! Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how they’re handled matters most — and this team handled it exceptionally well. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"I came to leave a review because of the gluten free options for breakfast (I was so grateful to actually be able to eat a bagel or muffin) and just the breakfast in general was really solid; I also appreciated the coffee all day. Great location for me when I'm visiting as it's near friends and you can walk to the train easily or catch a bus wherever. The only thing I'll mention is if you're sensitive to synthetic cleaners- the scented cleaning spray I assume that is used on the carpeting was a little too strong for me. Smelled great but it would be really great if some more gentle cleaners could be used. The front desk rep was great and I had an easy and straightforward stay!"

"We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in the Medical District in Chicago. The front desk staff was absolutely fabulous! We were in town for a concert at the United Center, and they recommended we walk rather than use our prepaid parking pass due to the heavy traffic getting out of the lots after events. I had purchased the pass because I wasn’t familiar with the area and was initially concerned about safety, but she reassured us it would be fine—and she was right. It was an easy 10–15 minute walk, and we felt completely comfortable both to and from the venue. The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from about half a dozen fast food and quick-service restaurants—plenty of options for a quick bite, with something to satisfy almost anyone. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and very quiet. The beds were firm—probably memory foam—but still quite comfortable. Our room also had a mini fridge and microwave, which is always a nice bonus. One more thing worth mentioning: I accidentally left something in the room after checking out, and within two hours I received an email from the hotel letting me know and asking how I’d like it returned. That kind of proactive communication and customer service is rare these days! Highly recommend staying here—great location, excellent service, and a comfortable stay."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review — Birthday Weekend Stay I stayed at the Hamptons Inn & Suites for my birthday weekend and booked the King Suite. The room was fairly large and very spacious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved the barn-style sliding bathroom door and the convenient mini-bar/coffee area. The suite also included a work desk, a comfortable couch, and a king-size bed. The big open-concept windows were a highlight the views were beautiful, especially at night. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely come back! Only improvement that I would recommend is they have welcome card when it’s a guest birthday or a special occasion. I did ask for that Service but they didn’t offer that Service."

"We stayed at the hotel for a full week and had an excellent experience. The breakfast offered was rich and varied – eggs, hot and savory dishes, fresh fruits, yogurts, and even a station for making fresh American waffles. In addition, complimentary hot drinks were available in the lobby 24/7, which was a wonderful touch. The heated pool was perfect for relaxation, and the fitness center being open 24/7 allowed us to keep up with our workout routine throughout the trip. Without a doubt, the hotel provides a winning combination of comfort, quality amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chicago!"
