"The clerk Trevor was very helpful. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He helped me get signed up for the honors program on phone cause I was having so much problems. Room spacious & looked newly remodeled. As an older person, the tube was lowered and had a grab bar and this was very reassuring. Breakfast was excellent tasting, eggs were some of best i have had in a while. Will recommend this place to others coming thru. Only complaint I have is may need a bigger road sign by the main road since the street name sign is so small we missed it twice."

"The guys working the front desk are wonderful, morning, mid day & night shift. I used to work for an Embassy Suites — they “serve” Hilton well. Give them raises to keep them around. Thanks, guys!! Breakfast was good. Almost never missed breakfast. Currently remodeling, but the people doing the work really weren’t very loud throughout the day."

"We are from Texas and we're meeting friends from Kansas so we picked this hotel. Very difficult to find the entrance. You can't use the service road. You have to get off the highway and turn at the Starbucks and Butger King entrance. The hotel is at the end of that driveway. The employee who checked us in was fantastic. He was so friendly and helpful. He found rooms for all of us on the same floor. I was in a 2 queen bedroom. As soon as I walked in it smelled musty and wet. I lowered the thermostat hoping it was just humidity. It never got better. The air conditioner turns off at night when it doesn't sense movement I guess because it was very warm all night. I sleep at night in Texas at 75 degrees and I'm cold. I had the thermostat at 65 degrees and was hot. I faced the parking lot and the lights shined through the curtains all night. It rained and stormed over the weekend and rain leaked through the ceilings in the downstairs hallways. There is definitely a moisture problem in the hotel. The breakfast was not a standard Hampton breakfast. They only offered scrambled eggs each morning which tasted like powered eggs. One morning was potatoes and sausage patties the next was potatoes and sausage links. No fruit except an apple. No milk...the machine was empty. They had oatmeal but it was overcooked and dry. Not a great hotel weekend but visiting with our friends made it a great trip."

"Stayed here in the newly remodeled rooms last night. They were very nice, very big and the hotel was nice & quiet. The evening front desk guy was super friendly & helpful. The morning guy literally didn't acknowledge you when you spoke to him. Several guests went up to him to ask about missing items at the breakfast buffet, but he ignored everyone. Would stay here again due to the niceness of the rooms & our experience with checking in."
