Hampton Inn & Suites Riverside/Corona East

"We had a wedding to go to In Riverside and to avoid the dreaded 91 freeway at night we booked a double queen bed room here. The room was very clean, no smells. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean. The check in was fast though the young woman who checked us in neglected to give us basic info. like breakfast time, check out etc. it wasn't until we stopped by the front again before we left for the wedding she was gone by then but the young man provide us with that info. The location is convenient and plenty of parking. The one thing I do have to note is the constant "ding" of the elevator each time the doors open. Our room wasn't to close to the elevator but close enough to hear the ding and for a light sleeper like myself is enough to be woken up. Other than that I would come back but I'd ask for a room as far away as possible from the elevator."

"I never received an email opportunity from Hilton to review this Hotel, but wanted to make sure I gave a Shout-Out to one of the Front Desk staff. When I checked on 9/22, I was offered a 1st floor room, which I do not normally like, primarily due to more traffic through the hallways. I muttered my lack of appreciation for the room and a preference for an upper floor, but I intended to take it. Katrice (I hope I got that name right), heard me and instantly her fingers started flying over the computer keys, searching. Before I had even figured out what was going on, she had found me a room on the 3rd floor. Plenty of space and plenty of quiet. Both appreciated. I commend Katrice for going above and beyond. She didn't have too and she didn't need too. But she did anyway. A true Hospitality Professional. Good Luck to you Katrice, in your Professional pursuits."

"My brother and I stayed here for a Regional Convention in Norco mid-July, and the staff was absolutely accommodating. Despite having a large group of other friends staying here, the staff handled overcrowding well during breakfast. When my brother accidentally left his suits in our room, Larry (front desk) was so helpful in making sure all of my brother’s suits were accounted for and had it ready for pick up. Christian (housekeeping) even went above and beyond to double check the room again before we left to make sure we had everything. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and attentiveness in making sure our stay was comfortable."

"This is my second time here and there's a reason why great service starting from the front desk LARRYsmile MADE IT SMOOTH n easy n comfortable setting me up with there recently upgraded suite and now trying out there regular room and can't say it's just as lovely upgraded and modern rooms made me feel like a king all the way safe peaceful relaxing and there amazingly continental breakfast wow those girls really know how to put it down on point anything and everything I thought was there yogurt fruits chocolate milk cranberry juice waffles eggs sausage potatoes fruitloops cereal and fantastic coffee top it off thanks for everything HAMPTON INN ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST"
