"We stay here every time we come to Springfield. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and well appointed, and the breakfast is good with a nice variety. But what brings us back here is the amazing staff. The service and hospitality is the best I’ve seen anywhere. Every team member is smiling, friendly and welcoming. They appear to love their jobs and appreciate their guests."

"Clean Rooms and Great Breakfast Stayed for a night with two queen suite rooms. Had to call to modify my reservation and the staff was very helpful to make my changes. Both of our rooms were clean and fully stocked. Water was hot for showers and the pool was nice and warm. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning. This is a great Hampton Inn location. We'll stay here again when we are in town!"
