We loved the indoor-outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. The pool must have been heated because even I was able to swim in it. If you come expecting a 5-star hotel you’ll be disappointed. But for a family-friendly budget hotel, this place is great. Sheets are high quality and clean. Beds comfortable (and I’m super picky about a firm supportive mattress). Breakfast coffee was delicious and they had the blue French vanilla creamer I like. I enjoyed scrambled eggs, pork sausage, raspberry yogurt and lemon poppy seed muffins. We had to wait perhaps 5 minutes to check in, and we had to request more towels and soap for our room. But staff was kind and working really hard to keep up with the packed hotel on a weekend."

So, pack prepared. ** The price and service for these rooms are great. However, the pool is so cold. It’s unbearable due to it being partially outside. Which, hey it’s January and we could deal with that. The main “comfort” issues would be the pillows are horrible, the tv has no guide and minimal “kid friendly” stations, the breakfast is minimal, the bath tub leaked all night, the phones in the rooms don’t work, and the refrigerators don’t work. However, the service was good (besides we had a noise complaint and the manager took over 30mins to even acknowledge it). But.. the ole Cracker Barrel being next door is a huge plus!"

She took action and made the transaction right! The cleanliness of my room was great but the bathroom could have used a little more attention."
