The staff was very nice during both visits, and check-in was a breeze, which made arriving smooth and stress-free. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was very clean, and for the price I paid, it was worth the experience. Everything worked properly, and I had plenty of space to relax after exploring the area. As a bonus, I really enjoyed the view of the beach — it added a peaceful touch to the stay. Overall, the combination of great service, convenient location, and a clean, comfortable room made the experience well worth it. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a solid, affordable stay close to major attractions."

The only issue I had with staying here was the musty smell in the hotel room, however while noticeable, it did not overwhelm the space. My room was on the 25th floor and offered a panoramic view of the surrounding skyscrapers and Lake Michigan. It was truly breathtaking. Along with the views, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room also contained updates for a more modern feel, including very comfortable furniture. The service was friendly, and staff were very attentive. While it is expensive, I would HIGHLY recommend spending the extra 84 or so dollars for the valet parking service. Doing this will save you the trouble (and headache) of finding parking downtown. The location is perfect. You are 1 or 2 blocks from the heart of the N Michigan Avenue shopping and dining experiences. This is close enough to offer a very enjoyable walk in the city, but far enough off the main strip to avoid some of the congestion and chaos. Overall, this hotel should be a top pick when selecting accommodations downtown Chicago near the Magnificent Mile!"

Slightly disappointed in the room, soiled towel neatly folded in bathroom upon arrival and we had to switch rooms due to a barking dog next door. Walls are super thin and you hear everything next door pets, music, and conversations. Location of fridge and microwave under the sink and low to ground. Overall, no major issues and we enjoyed our stay. Location perfect and walkable to shopping, entertainment, and food."
