a month ago"Excellent hotel in the heart of the Michigan Ave district. Within easy walking distance of the art institute, the river walk and shops and restaurants on Michigan Ave. Staff was fantastic and kind. Extra kudos to the car valet who spotted the phone we accidentally left in the car and grabbed it for us! Hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room on the 20th floor had a great view of the river. Only complaint was traffic noise, but that is not the fault of the hotel."

2 months ago"Absolutely loved it. Room service was amazing. Location is perfect. Very clean respectful staff. Shout out to William, I believe that’s his name. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. I think he’s in a manager position. And if not then he most definitely should be. All in all, great experience and we will be using this hotel for future visits for Bears games!"

I had a frustrating experience while in town with a moving company and they counteracted some of my stress by just being lovely to talk to and so friendly and warm! I was impressed with the staff and would definitely stay here again!"
