Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

"Excellent stay. My dad was in town and we hosted him at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chicago on Grand Street. The rooms are huge, clean and bright. Excellent front desk service and great service at the Weber Grill. You can also get breakfast package at the Weber Grill. Great restaurant very convenient location. Little convenience store inside the lobby is very nice and helpful. Has great options."

"We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on East Grand Avenue and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, the hotel felt fresh and inviting. The fragrance throughout the building was soft, clean, earthy, and welcoming, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and the housekeeping team made sure we always had fresh towels and a tidy space. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The location is ideal and just steps from public transportation and surrounded by great attractions, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights was the easy access to the Weber Grill restaurant next door, perfect for a quick bite or a casual drink without having to venture far. Overall, this hotel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Chicago."

"We found the hotel to be lovely. Our room was clean, plenty of towels, soaps, etc. The housekeeping staff was wonderful! Unfortunately we didn’t get the name of the housekeeper who took such good care of us, but I did describe her to the hotel manager so she would know what a great employee she is. The front desk staff was very helpful - Samuel in particular. We made use of The Shop when we wanted a snack or a treat. That was very convenient. I would stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again. I just want to add that some reviews criticized The Grill in their reviews of the hotel. The Weber Grill is not part of the hotel. They just have a door to it so guests can enter it easily."

"Hilton garden inn Chicago is awesome hotel. The amennity is abundantly. It got gym and indoor pool with great awesome view. The location is closed by magnificent mile. Those are the great for it. The cons are the parking fees, no breakfast for the price, and the most outrageous $100 deposits for each nigh you stay, which I never heard of such policy. So, I would recommend for short stay, but don't recommend for long stay."
