"Rooms were clean and refreshed very well. In room kurieg coffee maker is a plus. The shampoo, conditioner in shower was very nice and soothing. Beds were very comfortable with a firm feel mattress. If facing the busy road way you can occasionally hear the loud vehicles, The only added complaint is the breakfast situation were some other other free breakfast this Hilton does not , what they do have is a buffet for $14.95 for adults and $7.95 for kids under 6 years old and they do offer a la carte. The buffet is real good offering freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, potatoes, sausage and gravy and fresh fruit and a few other main breakfast items. You won't be disappointed. They do have handicapped parking in front but to the side of front door entrance, they need a access ramp in front of door to drop off grandma when there is very bad weather. Coffee and pastries offered at front desk for those in a hurry."

"This has to be the fastest check-in of all time. Super efficient guy behind the counter. I travel for work and have checked in hundreds of hotels. This place breaks all records! Also, thanks for bringing hotel Internet speeds current to 2026 and not asking money for it. Most are still stuck in the 2005 era treating the Internet like it's a limited resource capping at 10Mbps Nice room too."

"My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Flagstaff was a solid, comfortable experience that really catered well to my travel needs. The property is well-maintained and provides that reliable Hilton quality, making it a great home base for exploring Northern Arizona. One of the specific perks I appreciated as a Hilton Honors member was the $10 credit over $14.99 breakfast; it’s a convenient and well-priced option compared to hunting for a spot in town, especially when you want to fuel up quickly before heading out to the Grand Canyon or Meteor Crater. The service was friendly and efficient, and the room was exactly what I expected, clean, quiet, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. It’s a great choice if you value consistency and want to make the most of your membership benefits while enjoying easy access to everything Flagstaff has to offer."

"Would stay again. Pool and hottub were great. Fitness center is very small but does the trick. Easy drive to downtown. Lots of places walking distance for food. Breakfast buffet was good. Elevator is a little slow. Room was clean and love the coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The pillows were very flat and the beds weren’t entirely comfortable. The staff was fantastic and very kind."
