4 months ago"My wife and I are always scrutinizing hotels prior to booking them. This one had the best rating out of the ones in Gallup. I feel compelled to leave a review because there are some poor reviews that we noticed that, in all honesty, are unfounded or in the past. I didn't deal with any of the panhandling or other complaints that I read. The room was clean, the customer service was great. The small details in the room showed a willingness to make my stay comfortable and quaint. I would say that having an overpriced eatery in the hotel and no complimentary breakfast option was the only downside. I'd stay here again."

3 months ago"Overall I had a great stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was lovely, the room was nice, and the cooked to order breakfast was a huge perk! The mattress was decent and the room was clean. My only complaints are that I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up at the check-in counter, the bathroom and dining area could've been cleaner, and the shower water pressure was way too high. Other than that, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at!"
