I had a little hiccup in getting charged an extra amount for something that should’ve been free but understandable. Elevators were a huge disappointment. Only one working elevator and usually a very long wait often 10 minutes maybe even more in the morning. Other than that the TGI Fridays downstairs was not bad. It was very busy due to the World Series going on but honestly enjoyed my stay here. 3.9/5"

I didn’t notice homeless people as other comments have mentioned. There were plenty of good food places within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The staff that works inside the TGIFridays inside the hotel were also nice and helpful. The only odd thing we noticed is it’s valet only for $55 a night, I believe. But the valet just parks your car a few feet from you, which you could just do yourself for free. When you come down to get your car, you can literally see it, but you have to wait for valet to go get it, even if it’s the parking spot you’re standing right next to. I’m sure there are reasons for it; it just felt odd. Overall, the stay was nice."

It was fine the room smelled like fake mint air freshener but staff were fine and valets were very nice. Stayed again on the 3rd floor and the whole floor smells has a very mild sewage 💩 like smell. It was there last night and it was there after going to breakfast in the morning."
