First, the curbside assistance is incredible and the check in counter, specifically Joanna, is always so lively. She had treated me so well when I’ve had the chance encounter. She is inviting, accommodating, and makes you feel right at home! I’ve had some good food and drinks, and they keep this establishment neat and tidy. Overall a great place. Hopefully you too get to meet Joanna."

Room was clean and the views were nice of the city. Valet or self parking for a fee, but that is expected around the airport. I would stay again!"

a month ago"I stayed at the Hilton in Culver City about a month ago and had such a great experience that I decided to bring my entire District Manager team back for our holiday and strategy meeting. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. I reached out to Michelle Alegria, Sr. Catering Manager, and she truly listened to what I needed. She was thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She reserved space for us in the restaurant and connected me with Mario Mejia, the Restaurant Manager, who also did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. They reserved space for both an afternoon meeting and a breakfast meeting, and when I had a last-minute addition of my Sr. Managing Director and needed more time in the space, they said “no problem” and handled it without any stress. What really stood out is that both Michelle and Mario took the time to come meet me in person and check on me and my team during our meetings - that kind of personal attention means a lot. As someone who works in sales and client experience, I was truly impressed. The hotel itself is lovely, has great amenities, and the restaurant food is excellent. I felt taken care of every step of the way, and my team had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this Hilton - not just for a stay, but for meetings, events, and great service from people who genuinely care."

in the last week"First let me say this hotel is beautiful. Very modern and elegant. My husband said he had to wait for the desk staff to check him in because the (one clerk?) was on the phone then started busying herself with some other task. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern which is always plus, but it had carpet. Yuck! Upon making the reservation, I requested foam pillows and extra towels. Neither of those were provided. I had to stack the 2 down pillows on top of each other to get one decent side pillow for this side sleeper. Also, self parking is across the street which takes forever to get to because the traffic light takes forever to change to enable walking across the 6 lane street. Annoying. So allow an extra 15 minutes for that if you have somewhere to be. We typically stay at Marriott hotels. Now I know why."

a month ago"Very clean. Nice desk staff, bar staff was meh but the food was good. Nice size room. The shower head should be changed to a handheld especially since the pressure is not great. The ac kept blowing even when I turned it off so I contacted the front desk and they had an engineer come turn it off manually which I was very grateful for. Comfortable bed but the pillows are the kind that disappear once you lay your head down. The cabinet door to the space that houses the mini fridge was sagging, just something I noticed. Good blow dryer. I experienced this at another LA hotel but the carpets in the hallways make it hard to roll a suitcase, weird they wouldn't pay more attention to that. I did not use the gym or pool during my one night stay. They have free standard wifi and fast wifi for $10/day. And there's HBOmax access. I did not park but noticed how expensive it is! I'm not sure I would return."
