"Staff was superb--friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas are comfortable and very clean. High quality breakfast buffet included with the room. Some reviews have noted a hassle with the need to use two elevators to access the guest rooms, but it really was not a hassle. The hotel is tucked away off the street, and we always felt safe, even walking in the area at night. Definitely would stay here again."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn in downtown Chicago on Wolf Point Plaza was excellent from start to finish. The lobby is spacious and clean, and my room was comfortable and spotless. Kevin at the front counter went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. He remembered my name, was attentive and professional, and even helped me coordinate professional services with an external vendor. His local recommendations were perfect for each occasion, and his attention to detail made my stay even better. I visit the area frequently for business and have stayed at several other hotels, but this has been by far the best experience I’ve had in Chicago. "This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The rates are reasonable and this time I was prepared for the extra parking fee. The rooms were clean and guest services were very friendly. My only issue is that both times it was really loud. The walls are paper thin. People near the bar and seating area could be heard as high as the 19th floor. Way after quiet hours."
