2 months ago"Not sure why this location gets negative reviews. We are moving across country, opted for this location. Then my car needed some repair work so our stay here was longer than expected. We were given no issues for extending another night. None of us could hear any highway traffic that kept us awake. The room & bathroom was clean and comfortable (though the shower was a force, but it did what it is meant to do). The staff, all of the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous, and professional. As for others who mentioned not feeling safe, we felt 100% safe. Security & police seem to be routinely rolling so I am not sure what others issues were concerning safety. And they are pet friendly which is a huge plus because it is hard to find a good, clean hotel that allows our big ol' boy."

6 months ago"Everything was nice! The employees were friendly, the room was clean, and the location is great. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room is what I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express (Diamond elite, so I know these rooms!). Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh with a nice variety. As a side note, I’m really glad that this property had signs and artwork from the nearby Indian Pueblo Cultural Center displayed in the lobby. It’s nice to know that IHG allows properties to express themselves and their local culture! For those who need stronger coffee than what the dispensers offer, there is a Starbucks within walking distance right next door! 10/10, will stay again!"

Due to him, this Hotel gets 5 stars because he goes out of his way to help the guests here! The hotel also has a great all-you-can-eat breakfast as well. Thank you Trevor for everything you do!!! You are the best!"

4 months ago"Room was large, clean and comfortable. Nice location near to gas stations, a museum and a Starbucks. The only issue we had was that at breakfast the fridge didnt seem to be working and the milk my daughter grabbed was chunky. I'm sure thats been addressed though. Pool area was clean."
