5 months ago"I'm not sure why this hotel has a low star rating. We could not be happier with our stay! The General Manager and Front Desk Concierge were nothing short of amazing. Every accommodation exceeded expectation. These folks go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant peaceful stay. Rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was superior to many other hotels! Great job all around!"

4 months ago"Friendly hotel staff, AWESOME location for the Balloon Fiesta, super clean accommodations, very well thought out use of space/design in the room. The long bench/coat rack along the wall was useful for our family and allowed enough space for both of our bags to sit off the ground and remain easily accessible throughout the entire stay. In addition, we still had room for our child to sit and use the desk space for quiet activities. This was hands down the best laid out room for us while we stayed in during our trip."

4 months ago"Good basic hotel. Very loud because it's so close to a busy road. Tons of motorcycles revving. Lots of noise in the hotel too. Thin walls. Heard my neighbors snoring. People passing in the halls. Still slept fairly well. Good firm pillows."
