The elevator needs to be mopped and the mini fridge in my room didn't work but luckily I didn't really need it. Those are the only cons I can think of. No pool but I think that's where "EXPRESS" comes in."

It was below freezing when we stayed and the always available coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were perfect for warming up. There were always people hanging in the lobby which made it seem cozy. Dove hair and body products were a nice surprise. Would stay again. Located by plenty of dining options."

I had my 86 year old mom with and I'm 65. Eden was running the front desk and quickly looked to see if they may have a handicap accessible room and they did. Eden had me call the other location to cancel and booked us into a wonderful room, even matching the price I had received. Everything was so clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good too. We even bought some Pineapple Chicken and Lasagna from their vending area. They were microwave meals and were very good. Thank you Eden and Holiday Inn for such a wonderful team and room."

The booking website I used, I did not get a confirmation email that the room had been reserved so I had to call the actual hotel to see if the room was reserved, it was not. I ended up calling and booking a room for 3 adults 1 baby. When I got the confirmation email it was listed as 1 adult. I called the hotel back and was immediately put on a 20 minute hold, the desk clerk was not very pleasant to be honest. Had to use the hotel chat to get that straightened out. When we arrived we were given a wheelchair accessible room which I knew about prior to check in. The room had a slight smell of feces and we noticed a mysterious spot on the wall between the 2 beds. We had asked for extra towels since there were 3 adults and the desk clerk told us there were already towels in the room. (3 large towels, 3 washcloths and 3 hand towels) wasn't enough. We were finally given extra towels. The air vents in both the room and the bathroom have not been wiped down in a while. The room was over all ok, I believe that the carpeting does need to be cleaned and walls need to be washed periodically, that may help with the smell. The room served our purpose and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Price was very affordable as well."
